We use collected information to deliver and manage our services (article publishing, sponsored content, PR placements, content syndication), communicate with you about campaigns and deliverables, send service-related notifications, improve our platform and offerings, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Sharing

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Contentora Studio LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Contentora Studio LLC provides content distribution and PR services including: article publishing on third-party media outlets, sponsored content creation and placement, PR placements and media outreach, content syndication across our network, and proprietary media project development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. We require a 50% deposit before campaign initiation, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed. All fees are in USD. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Intellectual Property

Content created by Contentora Studio LLC remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered content for agreed purposes. You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us and grant us a limited license to use them solely for service delivery.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all materials, claims, and information you provide are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on third-party rights. You agree not to use our services for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contentora Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Routt County, Colorado.

Refund Policy

Contentora Studio LLC provides campaign-based content distribution and PR services. Due to the nature of our work, our refund policy reflects the stages of service delivery.

No Refunds After Publication

Once content has been published, distributed, or placed on any media outlet or platform, no refunds will be issued for that portion of the service. This applies to article publishing, sponsored content, PR placements, and content syndication, as these actions cannot be reversed once executed.

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you cancel a campaign before any content has been published or distributed, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the unused portion of your payment, minus a 20% administrative and preparation fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@contentorastudio.com.

Partial Campaigns

For campaigns that are partially completed at the time of cancellation, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for undelivered placements only. Delivered placements are non-refundable regardless of performance outcomes.

Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific traffic, engagement, or business results from our placements. Refunds are not issued based on campaign performance, reach, or outcomes unless a specific performance guarantee was explicitly stated in your service agreement.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the disputed charge. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
